The property has its own well and a large parking area directly at the entrance gate. There is also a small staff house with living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The property is also suitable for two families who want to enjoy the beach life together or at different times.

Playa Coyote is located halfway between the southern tip de Nicoya Peninsula (Cabo Blanco) and the famous resort of Samara. The sea at Playa Coyote is relatively calm and shallow and almost deserted beach a symbol of tropical beauty. Three miles inland, the small, traditional village of San Francisco de Coyote offers a some small hotels and cabinas, a few restaurants, a grocery store and a gas station.
