The Main house is a 3 story structure.  The 1st floor features a garage, storage room and staff housing that measures 320 sq. ft..  The 2nd floor features the guest room, kitchen and living room that opens out to a screened dining room, which then opens out to the wooden deck and a beachside rancho where you can relax in a hammock while listening to the waves crash below. The 3rd floor features the master suite and boasts an amazing view of the beach as well as the stars at night.

The Guest house is a 2 story structure.  The 1st floor features the kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 guest rooms.  The interior opens out to an outdoor terrace with a dipping pool under a shady rancho. The 2nd floor boasts a large terrace for everyone to hang out and is a great place for afternoon cocktails and watching the sunset.

Community Information

Huehueteis a beautiful, unspoiled beach that stretches 20 kilometers along the Pacific.  It is a quaint beach town located between the charming fishing village of Casares to the north and the Chacocente Nature Reserve to the south.  The beach is mostly frequented by families from Managua on the weekends while the weekdays are usually pretty quiet.  There is great fishing out of Casares and great surf at La Boquita, both of which are a short drive to the north.  There are also lots of restaurants in La Boquita and this beach town offers more hustle and bustle if you're looking for a social scene.
